A fast visit is imperative !
Take the BART ( subway) up to the station " Embarcadero Station ".
Go out the station : There, you arrive in the famous district of business and on " Market Street "!
Go take a look in the luxurious " Hyatt Regency Hotel ". You are not well dressed ? That's alright ! You are in America ! You are just looking this magnificent decoration and maybe, you will take a room for a night !
Then follow " Sacramento Street " until " Montgomery Street ". Take a right to arrive in front of the "Transamerica Pyramid "! Please , take the elevator until the 27-th floor of the building opened during office hours.
The beautiful views are still in your head when you go out the tower and take a left on "Montgomery Street" until "Bush Street". There, take a right, to arrive in front of a door which opens on "Chinatown": "The Chinatown Gateway". You have only one day! Don't forget it ! In Chinatown, the time is crazy ! You do not fell it ! You are in China and not anymore in the United States ! Alive animals ready to be eat, small shops wher you'll find everything! Good walk!
Try to go out of Chinatown as soon as you find " Jackson Street " take a left on this Street until "Mason Street" then turn to the right and stop in a station of the " Cable Car ", on the right side of " Mason Street ". Rise in the first cable car who arrives for the direction of "Fisherman's Wharf" and be impress by the skill of the men who drive the Cable Car .
" Fisherman's Wharf "! You enter in the "shops district" and small restaurants to eat crabs and other products of the sea. To visit the "Pier 39" do not forget to take the time with you. Have a look for the "Seals" who are sleeping at the end of the pier.
Look your watch ! You have only the time to jump in the bus to to go to the " Golden Gate Bridge " ! Please do not miss this beautiful bridge, symbol of this mythical city of America.
